  3. Real-Time Vehicle Tracking: GPS and real-time tracking to monitor the fleet, allowing for improved routing and providing passengers and healthcare providers with real-time status updates​​.
  4. Passenger Information and Communication:
    1. Easy real-time trip confirmation and customer-facing communication system to reduce empty trips. Uber does this very well
    2. Store detailed passenger profiles for better service customization, and facilitate communication between passengers and service providers​​.
  6. Route Optimization in the Bahamas: Be able to calculate the most efficient routes for drivers, reducing travel time and fuel costs, and enabling dispatchers to manage scheduling effectively​​.
  7. Driver and Vehicle Management: Ability to manage drivers, shifts, and vehicles by assigning trips based on various criteria and tracking vehicle maintenance to ensure a reliable fleet​​.
  8. Compliance and Reporting: be able to ensure that all trips meet regulatory requirements and provide tools for quality reporting and maintaining an audit trail​​.
  9. Billing and Payment Processing: be able to handle billing and payments, generating bills for completed trips and provide API facility for electronic payment processing​​.
  10. Quality Control and Feedback Management: support quality control measures, manage passenger feedback, and facilitate incident reporting for service improvement​​.
